AuraFlow Caribbean is a process consultancy and Odoo implementation firm based in San Fernando. We work with Caribbean businesses that have outgrown the way they started operating and need something more deliberate.
Most companies do not have a software problem. They have a process that grew one workaround at a time, usually for good reasons, until nobody could see the whole thing anymore. A person left and took a step with them. A spreadsheet became load-bearing. An approval that used to take an hour started taking three days, and everyone adjusted around it rather than fixing it.
That is the work. We follow how a job actually moves from enquiry to cash — not how the procedure manual says it moves — and we find the places where it stalls, doubles back, or depends entirely on one person remembering. Then we redesign it, put controls around it, and implement the systems that hold the new shape.
We are called AuraFlow because flow is the measurable thing. When a business flows, orders convert faster, stock is where the system says it is, and the month closes without heroics. When business flows, empires grow.

Why we lead with the unglamorous part
Almost every consultancy will promise you speed. Fewer will talk about what happens when a fast process has no checks in it: duplicate payments, stock that walks, revenue recognised in the wrong period, and a year-end audit that turns into an archaeology project.
Controls-first means the approval limits, the separation of duties, and the audit trail are designed at the same moment as the workflow — not retrofitted after a finding. It is slightly slower to build and considerably cheaper to own. It also means that when you eventually want financing, a partner, or a buyer, your numbers can survive being looked at closely.
It is not the most exciting thing to lead with. It is the reason our clients stop calling us with emergencies.
