Four disciplines that fix how work moves
Most engagements use more than one. They are listed in the order they should be applied — fixing the process before automating it is not a preference, it is the difference between a system that helps and a system that scales your mistakes.
01 · Process consulting
We map how your business actually runs — not how the manual says it does — and find where work stalls, doubles back, or disappears.
Most bottlenecks are invisible from the top. They live in the gap between departments: the approval that waits three days in someone’s inbox, the spreadsheet re-keyed from a printed docket, the report nobody trusts. We sit with the people doing the work, document the real flow end to end, and quantify what each delay costs you in cash and capacity. You get a clear picture of your operation and a ranked list of what to fix first.
What you end up with
- End-to-end process maps of how work moves today
- Bottlenecks ranked by what they cost, not by how loud they are
- A sequenced plan you can act on without outside help
02 · Odoo ERP implementation
One system for sales, inventory, accounting, and operations — configured around your process instead of forcing your process around the software.
Disconnected systems are the most expensive kind of order. Quotes in one place, stock in another, accounts in a third, and no single number anyone believes. We implement Odoo as a connected backbone: inventory that reflects reality, invoicing that ties to delivery, reporting that closes without a week of reconciliation. Configuration comes first and custom code last, because every line of custom code is something you have to maintain forever.
What you end up with
- One record of truth across sales, stock, and accounts
- Configured to your workflow, customised only where it earns its keep
- Your team trained to run it without calling us every week
03 · Workflow automation
Take the repetitive, rules-based work off your people so they can spend their time on the parts that need judgement.
Automation is worth doing only after a process is worth keeping — automating a broken workflow just produces mistakes faster. Once the flow is right, we automate the predictable parts: approvals that route themselves, documents that generate from live data, stock alerts that fire before you run out, reports that arrive without anyone building them. We start with the highest-volume, lowest-judgement tasks, because that is where the hours actually are.
What you end up with
- Manual re-keying between systems eliminated
- Approvals and handoffs that route and escalate on their own
- Reporting that runs on a schedule instead of on a person
04 · Internal controls
Segregation of duties, audit trails, and approval limits built into the system — so control does not depend on anyone remembering.
This is the part most implementations skip, and it is the reason we lead with it. A control that lives in someone’s head is not a control. We build separation of duties, approval thresholds, and audit trails directly into the workflow, so the system records who did what and stops the transactions that should not happen. It makes your year-end audit shorter, your VAT filings defensible, and your business far less dependent on trust alone.
What you end up with
- Approval limits and duty separation enforced by the system
- A complete audit trail on every transaction
- VAT and statutory reporting that stands up to scrutiny
How an engagement runs
Diagnose, design, deploy
You approve the plan and the price at the end of the design stage — before anything gets built.
Stage 1 · Weeks 1–2
Diagnose
We walk the floor and follow the work. Interviews with the people who run the process, a full map of the current state, and a costed list of where you are losing time and money.
Stage 2 · Weeks 3–4
Design
We design the target process and the controls that hold it together, then agree the scope with you before a single system is configured. You approve the plan and the number before we build.
Stage 3 · Weeks 5–12
Deploy
Configuration, data migration, controls, and training — delivered in stages you can absorb. We stay through go-live and hand over documentation your team can actually use.
Start with a conversation, not a contract
Tell us where the work is getting stuck. We will tell you whether it is a process problem or a systems problem — and whether we are the right people to fix it.
