What we collect, and what we do not
Short, because we collect very little.
What we collect
Only what you choose to send us through a form on this site — typically your name, work email, company, an optional phone number, company size, and your message. We do not collect anything else from you.
Client confidentiality
Everything we see inside a client business stays inside it. Process documentation, financial figures, system access, supplier terms, customer records — anything we encounter during an engagement is treated as confidential and is discussed only with the people working on that account. We do not name clients, describe their operations, or use their information as an example without their permission.
What we do not do
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
Why we hold it
To respond to your enquiry and, if we go on to work together, to administer that engagement. We keep enquiry details only as long as they remain useful for that purpose.
Where it goes
Information you send reaches us by email. Where a service provider processes it on our behalf, they act on our instructions, under contract, and only for the purposes described here. Ordinary technical records such as server request logs are generated to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
Your choices
Write to us and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it.
